Attendance / Certificate Fee Charge

Dear Customer,

We would like to thank you as one of our much-valued customers, for your support and loyalty during the past 12 months and we wish you all the very best for the coming years.

Unfortunately, due to a detailed review of the pricing policies of our company, we have concluded with a great deal of reluctance that an Attendance/Certificate fee is an economic necessity. We have had increased supplier costs generated by the devaluation of the Sterling against the Euro and US$ which have seen increases in Mild Steel, Brass, Aluminium and Polymer that are key materials used in the production of our products. In addition, packaging and waste obligations and transport costs have increased significantly over the past few years. However, we are pleased to confirm that we shall be maintaining the current price structure of our products.

In order to ensure we can continue to provide exceptional service, we will be adding the Attendance/Certificate fee of £20.00 per visit to all of our packages, effective from 1st April 2019. Some of our packages will also be tweaked to reflect the services our clients most need.

This fee will enable us to continue to provide the quality and breadth of services you love.
